Who is Paula's Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer best for?
The Omega+ Complex Moisturizer is ideal if you have dry, dehydrated skin that’s showing signs of fatigue and visible signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. Its non-irritating formula is also great if you have sensitive skin.
How is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer different from the Omega+ Complex Serum?
The main difference between the Omega+ Complex Moisturizer and Omega+ Complex Serum are their textures. Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a whipped, airy cream texture while the serum is a thin lotion. Ingredient-wise, the Moisturizer and Serum contain the same key Omega+ Complex, but the Moisturizer has amino acids, some non-fragrant plant oils, and soothing antioxidants not found in the serum. In contrast, the Serum contains vitamins C and E, a higher amount of glycerin, and the addition of plum oil for its omega 9 benefits (the Moisturizer relies more on oleic acid for omega 9). The products are designed to layer together.
Can Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer be used around the eyes?
Yes, like other Paula’s Choice moisturizers, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer’s gentle, fragrance-free formula can safely be used around your eyes to combat dry skin and dehydration.
Does Omega+ Complex Moisturizer feel greasy?
Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a rich texture, but its whipped formula sinks into skin quickly without feeling greasy.
I keep pushing the pump on Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer but no product is coming out.
When using your product for the first time, you may need to prime the dispenser. For best results, follow our step-by-step guide on how to prime moisturizer.
How can I tell if I have dry skin or dehydrated skin?
Dry skin and dehydrated skin are sometimes used interchangeably, which can cause confusion. The truth is that dry skin is a skin type, meaning skin routinely feels tight or dry. The intensity of this can change a bit throughout the year, but in the absence of a good moisturizer, the dry, tight feeling is always present. Dehydrated skin is a skin condition that can make skin look and feel dry all over, but this feeling tends to come and go rather than persist. Another telltale sign of dehydrated skin is excess oil on the surface, with tight, dry or flaky areas in other places.
Is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer good for acne-prone, dehydrated skin?
If your skin is normal to dry and acne-prone, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer may be suitable for you. If your skin is more on the oily to combination side, you might find that it’s too rich and prefer a lighter oily skin moisturizer instead.
What do omega fatty acids do for skin?
Omega fatty acids have many benefits for skin, including strengthening skin’s surface layers for a smoother, healthier and younger-looking complexion.

Really a saver
I initially bought this when my skin was irritated due to over exfoliating. Just after 2 days using this day and night, my skin was completely healed, there was no redness and peeling, no more burning and tingling sensation at all. Ever since then i started applying this moisturizer on my face every morning and night. My skin is now a healthy and happy skin
Great to layer before and after retinol!
Wanted a moisturiser that will transition from a.m. to p.m. and this does not disappoint! I have combination skin that can sometimes peel on the cheeks and a little shiny on the forehead. This is a hydrating formula that suited the entire face and even calmed the flaky bits of my face after a few days. Have been trying the sandwich technique for retinol where I use moisturiser before and after retinol application. Again, this moisturiser delivers! Very happy with the product!
Lovely texture
Love this moisturiser. I have oily but dehydrated skin and this moisturiser is perfect to tackle my skin concerns. The texture is very similar to DE's Protini Polypeptide Cream but absorbs faster and doesn't leave any residue on the skin.
BEST HYDRATION !!
Best Moisturizer!! It gives a good amount of hydration to the skin and your skin will feel really soft when you wake up in the morning!
GIVES ME A NATURAL GLOW
This moisturizer really helps to reduce my dullness and makes my skin looks healthier and smoother. It also absorb quite fast and I do not have to wait too long to apply my sunscreen after using it. In terms of hydration, it is in mild range. Therefore, if you have extra dry skin, you need to pair it with a hydration serum or facial oil.
