Points will expire 1 year from the time you made your last purchase or redemption of points.
(E.g. If you have 4000 points on 1 March 2024 and you make another purchase or redeem points on 15 March 2024, all of your points will expire on 14 March 2025.)

What happens to my existing points?
Paula's Choice Rewards Points earned before 1 January 2024 will expire on 31 December 2024, regardless of Tiers if no purchase or redemption has been made after 1 January 2024.

Earned Paula's Choice Rewards Points that has expired will not be refunded.

To check your Paula's Choice Rewards Points balance, simply login to your account and click on Paula's Choice Rewards on the bottom right of the page to view your Paula's Choice Rewards information.

Redeeming your points will not affect your tier progress or qualification. You will continue enjoying your tier benefits as long as you meet the yearly minimum total spend required for the tier.

Your tier will be valid for the qualifying Calendar Year and the following Full Calendar Year.
(E.g. You qualify for your tier on 1 March 2024, your tier will expire 31 December 2025.)

Note: From 28 December 2023, all tiers have been awarded based on your spending from 1 January to 31 December 2023. Your tier will expire on 31 December 2024.

To maintain your tier, you must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within the Calendar Year of qualifying for that tier.

VIP: Spend RM2,500 or more within the Calendar Year to maintain your status for the following year.

Preferred: Spend RM1,000 or more within the Calendar Year to maintain your status for the following year.

In the event you do not meet the minimum requirement, your membership will be adjusted in the following year to reflect the tier your spend has qualified you for.

Only one code can be used per order. Promo codes and loyalty coupons cannot be combined or used together.

Loyalty coupons redeemed by points are valid for 6 months from the date of redemption. To view your rewards, login to your account and click on Your Rewards to view any active or past rewards. You may also find the expiry date of active rewards when you click on them.

Login to your account and copy or share your referral link. Your friend will have to enter their email address to receive the 15% OFF code* on their first order.
