Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Lotion is a lightweight, moisturizing AHA exfoliant that combines 8% glycolic acid with a customized mix of calming, anti-aging antioxidants and nourishing plant oils that soothe, smooth, and dramatically soften dry skin showing multiple signs of aging.
This exfoliant has an optimal pH range of 3.5–3.9.

All Paula’s Choice products are 100% fragrance free, clinically proven to be non-irritating, and never tested on animals.

Exfoliates built-up dead skin cells to reveal the fresher, smoother, younger-looking skin beneath. Its hydrating formula helps preserve skin's moisture balance as it brightens a dull, uneven complexion. Research-proven glycolic acid is joined with antioxidants and a complex of smoothing plant extracts to noticeably reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while leaving skin looking firmer and radiant.

Apply once or twice daily after cleansing and toning. Apply a dime-sized amount over the entire face, avoiding direct contact with eyes and lips. Do not rinse. For daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater.

Sun Protection Advice When Using Any AHA Exfoliant: This product contains 8% glycolic acid, an ingredient that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater every day. When outdoors, wear protective clothing whenever possible, seek shade, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

Multifunctional Exfoliant!

I decided to order as the next step from 7% AHA of other products. Was quite nervous because my skin always had to adapt first with acids. But to my pleasant surprise, my skin enjoyed immediately this 8% AHA Lotion without any irritation! The quick trusted tingling sensation is not to be mistaken as irritation ladies! I loved how this exfoliant also worked really great as moisturiser. Saved me added steps of exfoliant and moisturiser separately. The bottle goes a longgg way too! Definitely worth your ringgit! Wake up to a smooth cleansed skin. Enjoyyy

Great for acne scars & hyperpigmentation

Glycolic acid helps attract moisture. It’s great for cell turnover and of course hyperpigmentation. I love that in 3 months my scars faded a bit as well as the hyperpigmentation went down in shade as well

Skin feels baby soft

It makes my skin super-soft. And I notice any moisturizer I follow up with this gel absorbed into my skin much faster then without the gel. I definitely recommend this exfoliant over physical scrubs. I also liked this gel Formula compared to liquid serums because it's much easier to apply without wasting product.

This I love more than the BHA 2% and that is a big statement!!

his is one of those products that make people compliment your skin from overnight use. I can see my complexion brighter, smoother and with a healthy glow from overnight use. I have used BHA 2% for 8 years now, and I have converted people to it, and I wont stop using it but man, this AHA is amazing at night. It definitely deserves a chance. I have rosacea and very sensitive, prone to be red skin, so I use the BHA at mornings and the AHA at night and it has worked wonders for me. IT DESERVES A CHANCE, TRUST ME.

Amazing product!!!

I love everything about this. I love that it is a gel and not a liquid. I can easily apply it to my face like a lotion and not have to worry about it dripping all over the place and wasting product. It makes my face super smooth. I have acne scars and some ingrown hairs from where I pluck/wax. This exfoliant helps a lot! I also have sensitive skin and I can put this product on 1-2x a day if I want. I usually put it on once a day. It doesn't have the best smell but who cares! It is fragrance-free, which I prefer!
