high % but doesn't irritate

I was newbies to retinol when i first bought this serum. Initially i was planning to purchase the 0.3% retinol + bakuchiol but the 0.3% serum was out of stock. I was worried to try at first, but surprisingly this serum didn't irritate my skin at all. I used it every other night on the first 2 weeks and continue to apply it every night ever since then. I have seen so much improvements on my skin and that keeps me coming back to repurchase.
